Auto-delivery means taking out a ‘subscription’ to one or more products (ie, receiving them on a recurrent basis).
With Auto-delivery, you save 8% on top of your usual discounts on each delivery.
You no longer have to worry about re-ordering your nutrients – they’ll be automatically sent to you at the delivery interval you have specified.
You can, at any time, change the frequency of deliveries and number of products delivered, or stop Auto-delivery altogether.
Auto-delivery of a product is automatically cancelled if the product is discontinued.
We will let you know by email.
We will also email you if one of your Auto-delivery products has been subject to a price increase. You can then decide to cancel Auto-delivery for this product if you wish.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, Auto-delivery will pause, re-starting automatically from the next due date once the item is back in stock.
Auto-deliveries are also automatically cancelled in the case of payment problems.
An Auto-delivery can only be associated with one postal address. However, you can set up several Auto-deliveries to different addresses.
Recurring payments are processed under the same secure conditions as normal orders via our usual secure payment providers. No sensitive data is passed on or stored on our servers.
The 'Auto-delivery' service is reserved for private individuals.
